1. Promoter
This competition is promoted and operated by Learn From A Legend Ltd, trading as BadmintonSkills, a UK-based company.

2. Competition period
The competition opens on 26th October 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM BST on 11th November 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
– Open to individuals aged 18 and over, worldwide.
– Entrants may only enter using one (1) unique email address.
– Employees, contractors or agents of Learn From A Legend Ltd (BadmintonSkills), its affiliates or partners, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
– Clubs must be genuine, active badminton clubs with at least 5 active members.
– This competition is void where prohibited or restricted by local law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own country’s regulations.
4. How to enter
Free Entry:
– Complete the official entry form on the BadmintonSkills website with your details (name, email, country, club name).
– Each completed entry counts as one (1) nomination for the entrant’s named club.
– Clubs with multiple nominations increase their chances of winning — each additional valid nomination counts as one (1) entry into the random draw.
– There is no maximum number of entries per club, but each individual can only submit one entry.
– No purchase necessary.
Marketing Consent:
– Entrants will be required to consent to receive marketing communications from BadmintonSkills as part of their entry.
– Club admin contact details, if provided, will only be used where explicit consent has been given.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 winning club):
– Every registered member of the winning badminton club will receive a free BadmintonSkills membership for 2 years.
– Memberships will be distributed to the winning club via a method chosen by the Promoter (e.g. unique links, account setup, or other agreed process), with details confirmed at the time of award.
Runners-up Prizes (up to 10 clubs):
– Free 3-month BadmintonSkills memberships for nominated entrants only (not full clubs).
Important Notes:
– Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
– The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
– The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable proof of club membership (e.g., website, social media, or confirmation from a club representative).
6. Winners Selection and Notification
– The winning club will be selected at random from all eligible nominations, weighted by the number of entries received.
– The draw will take place within 14 working days of the competition closing date.
– Winners will be contacted via email using the details provided.
– If a club cannot be verified, or if no response is received within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
– Proof of identity, age, and club membership may be required.
– The winners’ club name and country may be made available on request to confirm a valid award has taken place. If you object to this, please notify us in writing. Regulatory bodies may still require this information if requested.
7. Publicity & Consent
– By entering, nominees agree to the use of their name, club name, and any related media for promotional purposes by BadmintonSkills and Learn From A Legend Ltd.
– Additional publicity may be sought from the winning club, subject to consent.
8. Data protection & Privacy
– Learn From A Legend Ltd is the data controller for this promotion.
– Personal data will be collected solely for the purposes of administering this competition and sending future marketing communications, where opt-in consent has been given.
– Club admin details provided in the entry form will only be used if explicit consent is granted.
– Your data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy: https://badmintonskills.com/privacy-policy/
– You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting customersupport@badmintonskills.com.
9. Disqualification and Fair Play
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
– Submits multiple entries under different email addresses.
– Provides false or misleading information about themselves or their club.
– Uses bots, scripts, or any form of automated entry.
– Breaches these terms or attempts to manipulate the outcome.
10. Modification, Cancellation & Force Majeure
– The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
– If the prize cannot be fulfilled as described, a suitable alternative of equal value will be provided.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
– Technical failures or delays affecting entry.
– Incorrect or incomplete details submitted by entrants.
– Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize use.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this competition, you confirm that you:
– Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
– Agree to be bound by them.
– Acknowledge that Learn From A Legend Ltd, trading as BadmintonSkills, is the official promoter of the competition.
