1. Promoter
This competition is promoted and operated by Learn From A Legend Ltd, trading as BadmintonSkills, a UK-based company.

2. Competition period
The competition opens on 13th August 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM BST on 30th September 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
– Open to individuals aged 18 and over, worldwide.
– Entrants may only use one (1) unique email address.
– Employees, contractors or agents of Learn From A Legend Ltd (BadmintonSkills), its affiliates or partners, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
– Entrants must be able to attend the coaching session in the UK if selected as a Grand Prize winner. Winners are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel, accommodation, visas, and any associated costs.
– This competition is void where prohibited or restricted by local law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own country’s regulations.
4. How to enter
Free Entry:
– Subscribe to the BadmintonSkills email newsletter via the official campaign landing page to receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.
– No purchase necessary.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (3 winners):
– An in-person group coaching session in the UK with Olympic medallists Marcus Ellis and/or Chris Langridge
– Each winner may bring one (1) guest with them to attend the session
– A £350 Li-Ning product bundle, chosen in advance of the event from eligible categories (racket, shorts, t-shirt, socks, tracksuit, grip, and strings – shuttles excluded). The bundle will be awarded to the winner on the coaching day. Products will be chosen via an account created by the winner, with full selection details provided after the prize draw. This budget is for the winner only; guests will not receive kit.
– Date & Location: October or November 2025 in a UK venue (e.g. Loughborough or similar Midlands location). Final details to be confirmed.
– Format: Group masterclass, Q&A, and photo opportunity
– Winners are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, visas, and any associated costs.
– Guests will not receive additional kit.
– Product availability and sizing may vary; if an item is unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
– A liability waiver and media release form will be required to be signed on the day of the event.
Important notes:
-Winners and their guests are responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
– Winners and guests will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging participation in physical activity and release of liability.
– Winners and guests must also sign a media release form allowing the Promoter to take and use photos and video from the event for promotional purposes.
Runners-up Prizes (10 winners):
– Free 3-month BadmintonSkills subscription
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
6. Winners Selection and Notification
– Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a fair and randomised selection process.
– Winners will be contacted via email on or before 10th October 2025.
– If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
– Proof of identity and age may be required.
The winners’ surnames and countries may be made available on request to confirm a valid award has taken place. If you object to this, please notify us in writing. Regulatory bodies may still require this information if requested.
7. Publicity & Consent
– By entering, winners agree to the use of their name, image, and any media captured at the coaching session for promotional purposes by BadmintonSkills and Learn From A Legend Ltd.
– A media release form must be signed at the event to enable photography and video recording.
8. Data protection & Privacy
– Learn From A Legend Ltd is the data controller for this promotion.
– Personal data will be collected solely for the purposes of administering this competition and sending future marketing communications, where opt-in consent has been given.
– Your data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy: https://badmintonskills.com/privacy-policy/
– You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting customersupport@badmintonskills.com.
9. Disqualification and Fair Play
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
– Enters multiple times using different email addresses
– Uses bots, scripts, or any form of automated entry
– Breaches these terms or attempts to manipulate the outcome
10. Modification, Cancellation & Force Majeure
– The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
– If the coaching session must be cancelled (e.g. due to illness, venue issues, or force majeure), a suitable alternative or equivalent value prize may be provided.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
– Technical failures or delays affecting entry
– Entrants’ inability to attend the prize event
– Travel, accommodation, or visa costs
– Delays, customs charges, or restrictions for international prize delivery (if applicable)
– Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize use
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

– Acknowledge that Learn From A Legend Ltd, trading as BadmintonSkills, is the official promoter of the competition
