DOUBLES REAR COURT SESSION
EXERCISE 1: SINGLE SHOT FOREHAND SMASH
– 4 x 15 reps
– 20-second rest between sets
– 2 sets each. Use target practice to challenge your accuracy
EXERCISE 2: SINGLE SHOT ROUND THE HEAD SMASH
– 4 x 15 reps
– 20-second rest between sets
– 2 sets each. Use target practice to challenge your accuracy
EXERCISE 3: DROP SHOT
– 8 x 20 reps
– 20-second rest between sets
– 4 sets each (2 each side). Use slice and slow drops. Experiment with straight and cross.
