SINGLES ATTACK SESSION
EXERCISE 1: SHADOW: HALF COURT - FRONT TO BACK
– Work: 10 Reps
– Rest: 30 seconds
– Alternate with your partner until you have completed 4 sets each
EXERCISE 2: SINGLE SHOT FOREHAND SMASH
– Work: 15 reps
– Rest: 30 seconds
