SINGLES NET SESSION
EXERCISE 1: PATTERNED DROP - NET
– Work: 1 minute 30 seconds
– Rest: 30 seconds
– Alternate with your partner until you have completed 4 sets each (2 each side)
EXERCISE 2: ATTACK - NET (CROSS-COURT) - MULTISHUTTLE
– Work: 1 minute 30 seconds
– Rest: 30 seconds
– Alternate with your partner until you have completed 4 sets each.
EXERCISE 3: NET SHOT
– Work: 1 minute 30 seconds
– Rest: 30 seconds
– Alternate with your partner until you have completed 4 sets each (2 each side)
