I’m an existing subscriber. How can I change my payment currency?

We can help you switch your subscription billing currency. Just contact customersupport@badmintonskills.com, and our team can assist you.

How do I update or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription anytime through our Customer Portal here.

Simply enter the email address used for your subscription, and we’ll instantly send you a secure link to manage your plan, including updating or cancelling your subscription.

Please note: If you subscribed before May 2027, you can manage your subscription via the Account & Info resource collection inside the BadmintonSkills app.

How do I update my payment method?

I’ve just subscribed. How do I access the BadmintonSkills app?

After subscribing, you’ll receive an email inviting you to activate your BadmintonSkills account.

Simply click the link in the email, create your password, then download the BadmintonSkills app from the iOS or Android App stores and log in using those details.

If you can’t find the email, please check your spam or junk folder first.

I haven’t received my activation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, contact customersupport@badmintonskills.com and we’ll help you get set up.

What’s included with my membership?

Your membership includes access to our drill library, ready-made training sessions, structured programmes, fitness resources, coaching tools, and expert guidance from Olympic medallists Chris Langridge and Marcus Ellis.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No long-term contract is required. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage your subscription anytime.
