Take a Session in 1–2–3

1. CHOOSE YOUR FOCUS

Open On-Demand → Workouts, choose your level and goal (singles, doubles, movement, fitness).

2. Watch & set up

View the quick overview from Marcus or Chris, note targets/reps, then set up your court/timer (solo or with a partner).

3. Train & track

Tap Start, follow the cues, then mark complete, add notes, and schedule your next session in your training diary.
