1. Promoter
This competition is promoted and operated by Learn From A Legend Ltd, trading as BadmintonSkills, a UK-based company.

2. Competition Period
The competition opens on 12 March 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM BST on 15th April 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
– Open to individuals aged 18 and over, worldwide.
– Entrants may only use one (1) unique email address.
– Employees, contractors or agents of Learn From A Legend Ltd (BadmintonSkills), its affiliates or partners, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
– Entrants must be able to attend the prize workshop in Loughborough, United Kingdom if selected as the winner.
– The winner is responsible for arranging and funding their own travel, accommodation, visas, and any associated costs.
– This competition is void where prohibited or restricted by local law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own country’s regulations.
4. How to Enter
Free Entry:
– Complete the official entry form on the BadmintonSkills competition landing page by submitting your first name, last name, email address and country.
– Entrants must confirm they are aged 18 or over, agree to these Terms & Conditions and the BadmintonSkills Privacy Policy, and opt in to receive marketing communications from BadmintonSkills.
– Each completed form submission counts as one (1) entry into the prize draw.
– No purchase necessary.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 Winner) The winner will receive:
– One (1) place at a BadmintonSkills in-person workshop with Olympic medallists Marcus Ellis and Chris Langridge at Loughborough University, UK.
– The winner will also receive one (1) year of free BadmintonSkills membership, providing full access to the BadmintonSkills coaching platform and app.

– Location: Loughborough University, United Kingdom
– Workshop hosts: Marcus Ellis and Chris Langridge
Workshop options:
– Intermediate Workshop – 11 July 2026
– Advanced Workshop – 12 July 2026
The winner may choose which workshop they would prefer to attend. Selection is subject to availability, and if the preferred workshop is full, the Promoter reserves the right to allocate the winner to the alternative workshop.
Important notes:
– The Winner is responsible for their own travel, accommodation, visas, and any associated costs.
– The winner will be required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging participation in physical activity.
– The winner will also be required to sign a media release form allowing the Promoter to take and use photos and video from the workshop for promotional purposes.
Runners-up Prizes (5 Winners)
Five (5) runners-up will each receive:
– Three (3) months of free BadmintonSkills membership, providing access to the BadmintonSkills coaching platform and app.
Prize Conditions
– All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
– The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
– Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a fair and randomised selection process.
– Winners will be contacted via email using the details provided at entry.
– If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
– Proof of identity and age may be required.
The winners’ surnames and countries may be made available on request to confirm that a valid award has taken place. If you object to this, please notify us in writing. Regulatory bodies may still require this information if requested.
7. Publicity & Consent
– By entering, winners agree to the use of their name, image, and any media captured at the workshop for promotional purposes by BadmintonSkills and Learn From A Legend Ltd.
– Photography and video recording may take place during the workshop.
– A media release form must be signed at the event to enable photography and video recording.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
– Learn From A Legend Ltd is the data controller for this promotion.
– Personal data will be collected solely for the purposes of administering this competition and sending future marketing communications, where consent has been given.

– You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting customersupport@badmintonskills.com.
9. Disqualification and Fair Play
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
– Enters multiple times using different email addresses
– Uses bots, scripts, or any form of automated entry
– Provides false information
– Breaches these terms or attempts to manipulate the outcome
10. Modification, Cancellation & Force Majeure
– The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
– If the workshop cannot take place as planned (for example due to illness, venue issues, or force majeure), the Promoter may provide a suitable alternative prize of equal value.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
– Technical failures or delays affecting entry
– Entrants’ inability to attend the workshop
– Travel, accommodation, or visa costs
– Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize use
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By entering this competition, you confirm that you:
– Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
– Agree to be bound by them
– Acknowledge that Learn From A Legend Ltd, trading as BadmintonSkills, is the official promoter of the competition.
